About Us
Our History
Part 1.
We are not sure of the exact location the family recipe originated. It could have been from the farms in County Cork, or as the story was told to my brothers and I. The boys in the IRB needed something to keep the fight in them warm. Either way, the family Whiskey made its way to the street’s of the Bronx, and was distilled in the basement of 534 East 138th street. But like all hard-working immigrants, we moved up just a notch; but still in the Bronx. This is about the time our grandfather shared the family Whiskey secret and four boys learned how to distill the family recipe in a basement on 233rd street. So, after all these years we have decided to share our spirits and love of the flavor with the rest of the world. I assure you; one taste and you will realize that whiskey made from New York City tap water transported to our distillery 60 miles north of NYC makes the best whiskey in the world.
